Cancellation or changes (for both online and onsite participation)

Any cancellation or changes in your registration must be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat (info@whecistanbul.org) and will be subject to the following conditions.

Cancellation of Registration

August 1, 2021 – March 1, 2022	%100 will be refunded (after transfer fees and taxes)
March 1, 2022– May 1, 2022	50% will be refunded (after transfer fees and taxes)
After May 1, 2022	No refund

Refunds of registrations will be handled after the Conference ends.
